Merrychef fit for a Greene King

Leading pub retailer Greene King has whipped service times into shape with the use of Merrychef’s Accelerated Cooking Technology® in its Hungry Horse pubs.

David George, Greene King’s head of food development, says Accelerated Cooking Technology is an integral part of the company’s future food development plans as customers demand a combination of high quality food and increasingly speedy service:
