Merrychef Launch New Cavity Liner at Hotelympia

MERRYCHEF, a leading manufacturer of accelerated cooking systems, launched its latest innovation at Hotelympia 2004.

The Merrychef cavity liner, a first for the industry, can be viewed at the Enodis stand N3630-3650. Designed to protect the oven roof from food debris it maximises operational efficiency and aids the cleaning process.

The hardwearing polypropylene liner is compatible with all microwave ovens. Stackable, it is ideal for dishwashers and when space is at a premium.

Merrychef will also showcase the Mealstream range at Hotelympia and live cooking demonstrations will take place on the stand at regular intervals.

The Mealstream range is available with a choice of rotary dials, programmable electronic controls and Menu KeyTM; a re-useable key that allows a whole suite of ovens to have multiple menu updates from a single key. Each key is capable of holding up to 250 programs that can be shared between oven types.  This reduces the time needed to update a menu to just six to ten minutes, no matter how many ovens need programming. Menu KeyTM also eliminates human error and the risk of computer viruses.
