Merrychef Appoints International Service Manager

MERRYCHEF has appointed Harm Otter in the newly created role of International Service Manager, based in The Netherlands.
Reporting to the Aftermarket Director, Colin Lacey, Harm has been tasked to expand Merrychef’s global service network through new and existing partners in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
Talking about this new appointment, Colin Lacey said:

Harm has an impressive background in international service support including International Service Manager with Philips Electronics, which saw him set up a service organisation in the Middle East to serve the front office automation systems at leading bank, HSBC. Most recently Harm has worked for leading internet product provider Cisco Systems to set up a Europe, Middle East and Africa service sales and support organisation for two tier distribution channels.
