Yum! Supplier Award

YUM! also recognised senior managers from Merrychef and Enodis Distribution UK for their individual support of YUM! projects in the UK.

In presenting the award to Merrychef, Paul Stephens, Regional Equipment Manager for the YUM! EURAFMEPAK region, acknowledged Merrychef’s outstanding scores during YUM!’s supplier audit, Merrychef’s participation in the “Partners In Innovation” program, and support for the KFC “rice bowl” program launch.

“Merrychef UK and Enodis thank YUM! for acknowledging our support with the STAR Supplier status,” said Graham Veal, Managing Director of Merrychef UK, on accepting the award.  “These awards mean a great deal to all at Merrychef who have worked on major projects for YUM! Brands in the past two years and exemplify the partnership approach we develop with our customers, from food development work in our kitchens to on site training and service support.”

Merrychef International Projects Manager; Roy Perrett and Development Manager Andy Brown received individual “Walking the Talk” awards from Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) UK.   Steve Loughton, Managing Director of Enodis Distribution UK, was recognised for his work with Pizza Hut UK.
